Plans to spend BP Deepwater Horizon oil disaster funds on proposed restoration projects will be discussed at a special listening session at 6pm tonight, Monday February 23, 2015, at the Lindy Boggs Center in the University of New Orleans Research Park located at 2045 Lakeshore Drive.
